More Information:

Paul Livingston is a nationally respected, self taught jeweler, who grew up watching his Uncle silversmithing. At the young age of 22, Mr Livingston began trying his own hand at jewelry making and after a short period of time, he discovered that he had a natural ability for it. Now, 40 years later, Mr Livingston is considered a Master in his field. Paul Livingston was born in 1954 in the city of Gallup, N.M.. He has lived in the Navajo "Church Rock Reservation" his entire life.

For 40 years Sleeping Beauty turquoise was mined in Globe, Arizona, producing the most beautiful turquois in the United States. In the 1960's & 70's there was an abundance of this turquoise. But in 2012 the Globe mined closed, sending the prices of the material skyrocketing. Although some Sleeping Beauty material can be found for reasonable prices, on the average, Sleeping Beauty is now the most valuable Turquoise in the United States.
